Tool

1449 Section Builder

Fill in the sections that go after the first two pages of your SF 1449. Generate a clean PDF attachment you can print and attach to your manual contract.

Note: Don't enter CUI or other sensitive information — ContractingHQ is hosted on public infrastructure and isn't authorized for protected data.

Contract Identification

This info goes in the header of each page so the attachment is traceable to your contract.

Schedule – CLINs / Pricing

Add your contract line item numbers. Each CLIN gets a number, description, quantity, unit of issue, and unit price. The builder will calculate extended prices automatically.

Section C – Description / Specifications / SOW

Paste or type your full PWS, SOW, or specifications. In a deployed environment, put the whole thing in. Key documents get lost, and having the complete SOW inside your contract means it travels with the contract.

Section F – Deliveries or Performance

Choose whether this is a period of performance (services) or a delivery schedule (supplies), then fill in the details.

Section H – Special Contract Requirements Optional

Base access instructions, security requirements, force protection measures, or other location-specific operational constraints. Skip this section if none apply.

Section I – Contract Clauses

Add each clause by citation number and title. At minimum, include FAR 52.212-4 and your payment instruction clause. Under the RFO, the old 52.212-5 is gone. Your applicable clauses now come from the FAR 12.205 tables. Use the KTHQ clause matrix to identify which ones apply to your buy.

Section J – List of Attachments

List any documents attached to the contract (maps, diagrams, GFP lists, etc.).

Preview first, then generate a downloadable PDF to attach to your SF 1449.
