Acquisition Package Preflight

Run a structured check before you solicit. Preflight looks for missing requirement documents, funding and schedule tension, justification gaps, surveillance issues, and common "this will come back from legal" problems. It runs in your browser and routes every gap back into KTHQ tools or training.

What we check
Privacy check: do not enter proprietary information, source-selection sensitive material, CUI, proposal content, or anything your shop would not want on a public website. This version uses structured answers only; keep it generic and use your judgment.

What this tool checks

Requirement documents, IGCE status, market research, justification readiness, funding posture and bona fide need, schedule against need date, COR designation and training, surveillance/QASP, OCI exposure, commerciality support, contract-type risk, brand-name salient characteristics, construction protection, and common package edge cases. The output is a printable memo with score, gaps, showstoppers, strengths, and links to KTHQ tools or training that help fix each finding.

Pick a common package pattern to pre-fill the obvious answers. Nothing is locked; change anything that does not fit.

Use "I don't know" honestly. The tool treats uncertainty as a thing to route, not a failure.
