CCO Capstone

CCO Training Tools

Builders for generating realistic supporting contract documents. Use them to populate a fake "contracting office file cabinet" so trainees walk into a Capstone with prior workload to dig through.

How to use these

Pick a scenario, then build the paper trail backward. A new BPA implies older Form 9s that justified its standup. A 1449 award implies a market research package, a justification, and a funding cite. Generate each artifact, save the PDFs, and stack them into a folder by fictional fiscal year.

When trainees show up for the Capstone, hand them the folder. That's the office. Injects you drop later land harder when there is real prior workload to react to — the BPA holder going out of business, an option year coming due, a CDR finding from last quarter.

All builders generate downloadable PDFs locally in your browser. Nothing is saved on the site — collect them in a folder of your own and zip the office up when you're done.

Heads up: ContractingHQ is hosted on public infrastructure. Don't enter CUI, real names, real CAGEs, or any sensitive data — use fictional contractors, fictional units, and fictional dollar values for all training artifacts.
